Truth, Lived through me, will be uniquely my truth,
Different from everyone else,
Yet, each living ou rown path of Truth,
We create a path for Peace.
Carolyn writes: This little poem is one of the conclusions about the meaning of 'Live Truth' as it is in my life. I came to this awareness during the time I spent with Lee and Bob Nitsch.
I saw that each person has their own gifts and a unique vision for their life, different from all others. To Live Truth, for me, means to Embody Truth as I currently understand Truth, then to express this Truth in all my thoughts, words, deeds.
Self Reflection: In this waning moon phase, I have the possibility--and the ability-- to Live Truth in my actions and interactions with all of life. My commitment to daily contemplation and reflection (daily review) ensures Truth lives in and through me as fully as I am currently able to allow. Contemplation and Review are preparation for my next action or my next letting go.
This is a blog of one minute (or less) inspirations based in rhythm with the cycles of the moon. Written for any person interested in living their lives more in Truth. It's also a blog for those who wish to use the moon cycles as a pathway to connect with their own spiritual life, and with all of creation. This blog shares the wisdom and experience of it's author(s) which we have found helpful to us in embodying the fullness of our own lives.

The Union of Awareness and Gratitude
Awareness can be used as either a tool or a weapon. Awareness is a weapon when we bring our past and our fears into the present. These two become like blinders, focusing our awareness on a very limited version of the present. From this place we are likely to manipulate, control, strike out, or withold and withdraw. We have to as we do not/can not see the whole picture. We are human beings and not likely to ever live entriely free from the influence of our past nor the pressure of our fears. The antidote for limited awareness is gratitude. We Live Truth when we continually invite a bigger, deeper and more expansive awareness into our present moment. We are able to see the bigger picture --closer to Creator's view. With this invitation comes snipets of gratitude. Little snipets at first, but then this gratitude grows and eventually the blinders of fear and past are disolved away. This is awareness as a tool. It allows us to see more, know more and 'trust the bigger picture'.
Self Reflection: What is the quality of my awareness about my life? Am I aware of my blinders? Do I have a practice of writing gratitudes and appreciations? If not what would I need to shift in order to beign to know them and write them down?

Am I Willing to Have Awareness of the Effects of How I Live My Life?
It is by our daily living, more than by our great accomplishments and achievements that we Live Truth and have a real power to influence the course of human consciousness. Our daily living, our thoughts, feelings, words and deeds create the template for living on this planet for the seven generations to come. It is not a question of whether or not a template for the future will be created, the only question is what the template will be.
We each have a template for our own unique being. The path of Live Truth is a path of increasing awareness of our unique template for this life: What gifts we bring, what grace we offer, what beauty we are in this world. We have choice to add honor, peace, ease and beauty to the template of future generations. Or, we can lay down lines of hatred, prejudice, greed, ugliness and deprivation in the pattern being created for future generations.
Self-Reflection: Each day I add a piece of code for the future. As I come to the end of the day I have a chance to review what I have contributed and amend it if needed, before it causes harm to another or to myself. Am I willing to use the mystical energy of twilight time to ensure there is harmony in my relationships, my home, my Self?

Our Desire to Serve Truth and the Myth of 'Not Enough'
Our desire to Serve
Truth supports our conscious intention and active practice.
Our intention to Serve Truth strengthens as we
let go of our baggage of fears, misperceptions and limited beliefs, including our misperceptions of enough.
With each letting
go, we live more in the present moment. We realize we are enough, there is enough.
Our energy for life,
for healing, for creating flows more powerfully in our body.
It can take a while
to get used to this energy flowing through our being.
Our emotions are
larger, deeper, more intensely felt (and often sweeter and very loving)
We find our mind
thinking faster, in new ways; we might find ourselves tongue-tied. We can't quite get our thoughts
organized.
Our bodies may need
more sleep. We may have more energy than we feel we can handle. Old illness's
may recur for a brief time, as if our bodies are clearing out space and making
way for the energy to flow more freely.
Some people feel as
if their heart is opening to hidden longings.
With all this, we
are more able to live our life's purpose, our spirit's calling.
As we open to our
own calling, we also add to the collective Spirit of all life on this earth
plane-this is what has been called the 'library of knowing', the collective
conscious, the wisdom of the body of God.
Self Reflection: As I let go of my illusions of 'not enough', I become more able to draw on the
'library of knowing'. I come to trust I am enough, there is enough. From this place of Truth, I can Serve Truth. I will be gentle with the changes in my being that come with this 'letting go' and this new awareness of Truth.

Take Time to Reflect on Your Path of Loving Truth
During the waning moon phase, our mind and heart come together to bring into focus what we most need to learn about loving what is true--in our own life, in the life of others who our life touches, in our communities, and our world. A commitment to love truth is not an easy path, but the pay off is worth the effort. Inner peace comes with this commitment. We develop a deeper understanding of our and others' challenges and difficulties. There is a growing wisdom that comes from this practice.
Self Reflection: How are the lessons of this cycle of Love Truth coming into play in my life? Where am I called to take action? What might I need to release to be able love a larger, deeper truth? What new awareness is uniting my mind and heart?

Awareness and Change
Awareness is the beginning of change. Just being aware begins the process of change. We must have awareness before we can know and accept.
Be aware of your choices and accept the consequences of those choices. From this place of full and honest knowing, action will flow when you are ready; when it is what you truly desire.
Sometimes, we need to sit with the knowing a while, before we are ready, before we truly desire. Have compassion for yourself in this time. As long as you stay in awareness, the change is incubating. Alignment and right action will eventually follow.

What Honor Truth Asks; A Prayer of the Full Moon
Honor Truth asks of us a change of heart: receiving and taking in what shows up in our life-- past, present and what is yet to come. What do we do with each moment of awareness, especially when it is distasteful, out of our comfort zone, raises anger? How can we change what rises up in us?
The answer first is awareness. Accept what your awareness is; this is coming out of vagueness and denial, and ask Creator of All That Is for aid. You will feel your awareness shift with this act of humility and openness. Over time, your heart will change, for others and for yourself. This kind of self-awareness is the beginning of a healed state of Self-love.
Self Reflection:
Creator, guide me through my day; help me

Laugh deeply,
Love heartily,
Manifest abundantly,
Receive unconditionally,
Heal profoundly.
Live fully.
Live fully.
