Carolyn shares: I wake up very early. The cloud cover has shut out every bit of light from the moon and the stars. All the holiday lights are off in the neighborhood. I'm in the midst of that in-between everything time when I feel totally alone, disconnected from everything and everyone; even from the source of creation. It is a terrible anxiety, moments of total desperation, loss, panic, confusion. I recognize how often these feeling pass through me.--I wonder if I have tapped into an ancient feeling in the core of human beings in those moments, hours, days, maybe even weeks, when they felt alone. How often I forget I am connected to ALL. I can't ever really escape this connection, but I am always forgetting it. THAT is probably the main reason I stay connected to the mooncyclecircle--so I forget less and know my connection more. Then, I am able to be a place for others to know and remember their connection as well.
When I forget, I close myself up in seeming self-protection, and these feelings can not pass through. Instead, they must take up residence in my body ('my own personal, 'oh shit, here I go again' response), my mind (which brings up all the bad stories from my memory), my emotions (I feel them in the racing of my heart) and my spirit (which I think feels desperate in my disconnection). They are trapped there until I open up again, which happens ONLY through my willingness to remember I am always connected, even when I forget I am.
Self-Reflection: Am I willing to open up enough to let the difficult, scary panic, anxiety and fear pass through?
This is a blog of one minute (or less) inspirations based in rhythm with the cycles of the moon. Written for any person interested in living their lives more in Truth. It's also a blog for those who wish to use the moon cycles as a pathway to connect with their own spiritual life, and with all of creation. This blog shares the wisdom and experience of it's author(s) which we have found helpful to us in embodying the fullness of our own lives.

Trust the Journey of the Waning Moon
We have dreams and we have fears.
When our dreams and fears meet, our beliefs become less certain,
cracks in our longstanding defenses appear in the mask that is our ego.
We dare to dream. We dare to say 'yes' to our dreams.
We consciously invite these cracks in our old way of being to widen, letting the light of our true self shine through more, more and ever more.
By our conscious actions, our dreams manifest our potential for wholeness.
Each day, we take a next step to becoming the vision for our life as it is revealed to our through our dreams.
Trust the dream!
Trust the journey!
Self Reflection: I can trust my dreams, I can Trust my Journey, I can release my fears.

Heeding the Call to See the Light
As the waxing moon of April moves toward fullness, Sara’sPoem, from yesterday’s Daily Inspiration speaks to our own movement of stepping into our own fullness. Using the
gift if this cycle, to See Truth, we are given all we need to step out of fear
and into Self.
An immensely bright light beckons to us, calling us toward a
thin line of inky blackness, the crack in the cosmic egg of our Being. This immense light is the passionate fire ever
bursting forth from the heart of Creation.
We have this passionate fire in our own hearts as well. Our willingness to grow, our efforts and our actions to know
more, feel more, hear more and see more bring us to the time when we notice this
light and are drawn toward it.
We have ‘seen
the light’ and we can no longer close our eyes against it. A tiny crack has opened in the mask of who we believed ourselves to be, a thin line of inky blackness. It opens us to the truth of who we are in our Fullness. Even if we turn away and try to go back to
our old ways of being, we can never be the same. This light of Illumination has
merged with the flame in our own human heart.
It will not let us forget. Our
experiences in our life will always call us to remember and return.
Self Reflection: Can I receive the gifts that come with a willingness to see the light in my own heart.

Standing Before the Crack of Creation
Naked,
I stand before the crack of Creation
Bathed in light beyond reckoning;
Golden glow, warm and embracing
Purest white, brilliant and piercing
My soul is laid bare.
Here I meet my faults, my shadows
The secrets I don't dare whisper
even to myself
Here is revealed my glory and my calling
A secret even deeper than the first
If I but step through, I will be cleansed.
Why, then, do I hesitate?
Not for fear that I am unworthy,
But for fear that I am.

Self Reflection: Read Sara's poem, allowing it to speak for you. How do you resonate with her challenge and promise?

The Light of the Full Moon Shines Light on the Many Facets of Truth
Being willing to Know Truth, regardless of how it may change
our belief or point of view, brings us remarkable freedom. We no longer have to be afraid of what we don’t
know,
The Elders teach that by accepting Truth the seeker finds doors
open to more wisdom and to more possibility to live the lives she or he are designed to
live.
This Truth the Elders speak of, is not the truth of intellectual knowledge, but a knowing which surpasses the understanding of the mind. We comprehend this kind of knowing through our heart.
Self Reflection: Trust that you already possess this kind of knowing, because all human beings do.
Trust this Truth and fear less.

The Relationship Between Truth and Fear
Over time we absorb more truth about ourselves, about our world,
and about what amazing creation is STILL being created;
For us,
Through us,
By us.
We show up and tune in to the rhythm of the moon cycles.
We come into sync with the world around us.
Over time, we will come into sync with our own being.
Over time, we will live in sync with Truth.
Being aware of (and honoring) our own personal rhythms is an antidote for fear.
Living in alignment with our personal rhythm is an essential step for discerning
what is real from what is F.E.A.R (false evidence appearing real).
To Know and Accept Truth is an antidote to fear.
Self Reflection: This moon cycle invites awareness of my personal rhythms, an essential step to know and accept the Truth of my self, to know and accept the Truth of fear.

How Fear Inhibits and Invites Truth
Carolyn Shares: Lisa's mandala and her reflective share speak deeply to me about the courage and steadfastness required to Honor what is True. I have come to recognize my tendency to retreat into vagueness when I don't want to recognize a 'truth'. At times, my fear around taking in what is the truth is so strong my being resorts to becoming physically, emotionally or spiritually 'ill'. Fear of Truth also has resulted in my numbing out through over indulgence-in substances such as food and drink, emotional binges, lethargy... Fear of Truth--fear of what might be true. I recognize so many times where my behavior and attitudes have been geared toward keeping Truth at bay.
I am grateful for the Truth Cycles, gently inviting relationship between me and Truth. Each month with the ebb and flow of the moon cycle, supported by the unique energy of the new, waxing and waning days of each cycle, I have a chance to gently invite myself to ever deeper relationship with Truth. In doing so, I find I am developing a deeper relationship with my self as well. I have more awareness of and about myself. I make choices about my behavior that I think I would not have had the awareness to make, even six months ago. The gentle, ongoing encouragement toward Truth has become a resting place for me. I am grateful. I will keep receiving and honoring Truth the best I am currently able. Despite my fears, maybe even because of my fears, I will stay on this path.
Tonight, I sleep well under the care of the waning February moon.
Self Reflection: In these days of chaos and turmoil, where do I find my courage and steadfastness to Honor what is Truth? Sitting in community I will find kindred support.
